Good to Big Bollocks Roberts on the bench. So tired of his arm flailing and screaming at teammates. Borja doesn't deserved to be benched but since Ayew is now #9 that makes sense and it's definitely worth the chance. That midfield is weak as can be though; Cardiff are going to come kicking so having Jay would've been smart I think. We shall see.

Jay in midfield would have been the stronger option. If we don’t have the tempo to push and move then it’s going to be tough sledding. With this line-up it’s like a deja vu all over again .... v Sunderland.

I didn't bother to watch it back due to finding the scoreline but I still find it a little concerning that we still rely on Dyer and Routs to be our best wingers. In this division they probably are but what does Peterson have to do to get a chance?

Grimes - Byers - Celina midfield worked well last season. If we move the ball quickly enough we don't need physicality in the midfield. The only thing that worries me is the left-back position, Bidwell lacks pace and since his suspension he has been awful. John would be a better option.
I don't know how fit Dyer and Routs are. Peterson deserved to be in the starting XI.
