CAN WE PULL UP THE WEEDS ?

At least we have Ronald who doesn't care who he's going up against. We're missing that accuracy when it comes to putting a cross in.

This is really embarrassing. We should've parked the bus and counter-attacked instead of giving them all the space to counter-attack us. With their pace and skill there is only one outcome.

The first goal was unlucky, but you usually get unlucky when you let your opponents press you. For the second, Rushworth didn't come out to make himself bigger, and for the third, Cabango made a schoolboy defensive error by stretching his legs and allowing Gnonto to nutmeg him.

Compared to them our lot play as though they've never seen each other before....... or a football for that matter. This is a shameful display and Williams has to carry the can for it. (No doubt he'll sub Cullen despite the service to him has been non-existent). Our sharpness. fitness levels, pace as a team, passing skills, marking, movement, aggression or almost anything you care to name, is utterly pathetic.

Leeds we know is a very good team but we are allowing them to look like world-beaters. Where's the fight? Where's our character? We have offered absolutely NOTHING but gross ineptitude. We need some subs on, players who've got some pride and fight. What a farce, Luke Williams, and you have presided over it.

Rushworth
Humphreys - Cabango - Wood - Tymon
Ronald - Cooper - Allen - Placheta
Myk - Cullen

4-4-2, mid-block, 2 banks of four, block the passing lanes, play a tight offside trap, play with physicality, get fast breaks on the flanks and cross for Myk knowing Cullen is there to feed off the rebounds.

That's a better game plan than Swansea have tonight and it took me about 3 mins to devise. Williams has to realise that with this team he does not have the luxury of only playing Plan A. The gap in class is too big. Reactive tactics always have their place.
