Ian Walsh dumbfounded that it wasn't a foul for pen or free kick. Now saying as he's looked at it that it was a definite free kick. Some referees are truly bent and someone of high profile needs to start making a noise about it.

Comms reckon he's lacking the fitness/sharpness of last season. They reckon Joe Allen is having a real stormer and think that Martin will be pleased at our response after going two down. They are perplexed at many of the ref's decisions but have contented themselves just by saying that referees are a strange breed. This makes me boil!!
If they think the ref is wrong then fcuking SAY SO!! If they think he's having a bad game then SAY SO!! They are being paid as commentators and pundits, so let's hear their true feelings.Rugby is even worse. Commentators there talk about 'tough' decisions when they mean downright WRONG. Referees are an over-protected species. Just because they've been appointed to see fair play, that the rules of the game are being observed, doesn't mean that they are doing so. They are human; they have bias; they make mistakes and some have deliberate tunnel vision to suit whatever agenda they have. This is not an opinion it's a FACT and it's about time the worst offending officials are cracked down on with a vengeance. Sport and its supporters deserve that.
