I can’t understand why they’re not getting selected? classic cutting your nose off to spite your face; if we are ‘stuck’ with them we should be putting them to work - to be fair players don’t get to say whether they’re used or not but I can’t imagine lil’Dyer or any of them would cause catastrophic damage to the boss’s ethos or game plans......in the same manner as no bad pupils only teachers who can’t get the best out of them maybe it could be argued that (age and injury apart) there no bad players just coaches who can’t use them to best effect - if they’ve managed to scale the greasy professional football pole, they’ve clearly got something to offer - Montero (who I respect) has looked like an injury waiting to happen imho. Dyer still has pace and agility; his credentials are similar to Leon - he wants to be here, he came back here after the most excruciating public humiliation - we should not be polarising that humiliation by forcing him to sit out what are the last days of his career on the bench - how difficult can it be? How many players must we have left before he and the others get used? Or are we ‘keeping them for best!’

Agree with that, Lady. Plus, the Forest fans' hearts would sink to their boots if they saw Routs and Nathan on the teamsheet. For damage wreaked on Forest they're comparable to the Dambusters in WWll.
