I would have infinitely preferred a Potter-type coach ... technically sound with a few years of real experience, wounds, scars and lessons well learned.

the fundamental difference between the two categories is that the first knows how to get the most out of the players they have. The latter category are still trying/struggling to get the most out of themselves.
