Can we terrorise the Terriers

Point not good enough in our position against a team like that but better than nothing. Surely Duff must be on his way out? Radio comms referenced the booing at the end and said they couldn't blame the fans as no one, including them, knows in what direction the club is heading (atm it's DOWN!!) nor can they see any particular style of play from us. Ian Walsh was a professional international player who played at the highest level and if HE can't tell, what the fcuk chance have the rest of us got? It means there ISN'T one which, at this stage of the season, is a terrible reflection on Michael Duff and his managerial ability - or rather, lack of. The man isn't good enough. Get rid before it's too late.

We mullered them in terms of the stats yet still failed to beat a team on our own patch who are now in 21st position with a GD of -13. It speaks volumes about our inability to put away chances up front yet Duff persists in playing our potentially most potent attacker in Cullen out of position before subbing him because he's been ineffective. You might as well employ a vet to fix your plumbing then sack him because he's struggling to do the job. FYI, Mr Duff, a plumber will fix your broken pipes and a vet will treat your sick animals. Cullen will get you goals if he's played regularly in his favourite position. Not rocket science is it? Some stats:

POSSESSION: 78-22 SHOTS: 22-5 OT: 5-3 CORNERS: 19-1 FOULS: 11-9 GOALS: 1-1

At least Bolasie showed a lot of promise but his work will come to nothing if we don't put the chances away. With luck, before long it won't be Duff deciding who is up front to convert those chances.

PS: Reading that Ian Walsh is being treated for prostate cancer but fortunately a PSA test has caught it early. My own was quite advanced because of repeated cock-ups by the NHS but thankfully I'm still here 15 years after surgery. LADS, GET A PSA TEST ASAP BECAUSE EARLY TREATMENT GIVES YOU A HUGE CHANCE OF BEATING IT. Meantime, I wish Ian all the luck in the world for a full recovery. Get well soon, YJB!!

What is PSA test?
It means Prostate Specific Antigen. The higher the level the more risk you have. BUT a high reading doesn't necessarily mean you have a problem and a low reading doesn't mean you don't have a problem. It's purely a guide but a high reading should be further investigated by means of a biopsy. My PSA readings continued to rise and I had two biopsies that pronounced me clear (good old NHS cock-ups!!) but a third proved the presence of cancer. I opted for surgery and luckily I did because my surgeon told me that I was 90% infiltrated and the cancer was on the point of bursting out and spreading from the prostate. My advice for anyone 45 years or older is to INSIST that your doctor gives you the test, which is a simple blood test that takes seconds. IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE!! It did mine.

LadyGG was invited along with others to a meeting at the Liberty where this guy Coleman was also in attendance. The theme of the meeting was basically about the fans, facilities and relationships for and with them together with a variety of topics concerning the club. I can't divulge fuller details of the meeting until I get LadyGG's permission but she didn't like this Mr Coleman one iota and, in short, gave him all kinds of hell that he was not best pleased with. Nice!! :D I'll add more if and when I receive her assent.
