CAN WE PULL UP THE WEEDS

The Blobster

Wednesday evening and another trip up north , this time to Elland Road where we take on Leeds United .
It's odds on that Piroe and James will each get a brace against their old club .
The only thing we will get from this game is yet more platitudes from Duff as to how we matched them until lack of concentration at the back let us down .
Will we see Bolasie in our team ? Will he fall over with his first touch ? These and many other questions will be answered over 90 minutes game time . Strap yourselves in , this is going to be a bumpy ride .

Tough ask to get anything up there so I'll be well happy with a point - not that I'm expecting one. It'll be interesting to see how ex-Swans James, Rodon and Piroe perform against their old club. Not too well I hope. Be nice if they all had 'mares to give us a chance. :devilish:

I'm afraid it's going to be 50 shades of white and a proper spanking. Their pace is going to kill us.

Basically we're playing against 3 of the Wales starting XI, and 3 players that should have been on our starting line-up if we hadn't sold them to stay afloat.

Deep bench. Key returns. Otherwise the same as last match. Bolasie is on then bench - I'm sure we'll see him sometime tonight.

Cullen is held out by Copper. So interesting. So fucked up.

Cooper deserves his place, Duff should never have relegated him to the bench to begin with. Just a shame it's at Cullen's expense. I'd have put Cullen up top in place of Yates and still played Cooper on the flank.

I don't have high hopes for this one either, let's see if they're motivated for it.
Bookies don't rate us either. They have Leeds at 4/11, the draw 9/2 and us at 8/1. Huge odds against in a game of footy but I suspect they reflect the form of the two teams and the ability of their respective managers. Wish Duff would piss off and steal his living from another club.
