Come on Blackburn, need them to turn it around and beat Cardiff; though they are already 1-0 down.

Right! Cardiff have done their bit to help us ;) now it's OUR turn. We threw away an excellent win against Boro by losing to Luton but NO WAY can we afford to do that against Brum this evening. We've been handed an unlikely gift so it's up to us to make the most of it.

At our best we would comfortably win this for an invaluable 3 points but is Cooper capable of motivating the lads to produce their best? If we win we'll still be in with an outside chance but anything other than a win effectively puts us out of the running. We need high energy and tempo from the off and Cooper has to judge his subs wisely, It's shit or bust time, folks. COYS!!!!!!

Don't think Coopers input into this game will count for anything, the players should motivate themselves with the importance of the game. Oh to see a manager shouting and screaming instructions from his area once again, or as in the Laudrup days a manager who could sit back and watch his game plan unfold, make the game changing substitutions. Why? because players wanted to listen to him, to have him enhance their game, I think Lady Luck played a huge part in Coopers success with the youngsters, as I've seen no evidence of it whatsoever as a manager of professionals.

Don't think B/ham have any great advantage tonight, playing in your home stadium is one thing but doing it without fans is another, it becomes just another football pitch.

We still have a 3 at the back system .... if you apply common sense to the names on the team sheet. Roberts / Bidwell wing backs.

Dyer is back on the bench.

Cooper must have phoned a friend and this is all they could come up with.
