Hull are the visitors this Saturday and are currently in 8th place in the league .
They play the ball to feet , so it should be an afternoon of attractive attacking football.
I predict a tight game that we will edge 2-1 .

In 17th spot we'd better start edging some games or else....... Hull are a decent outfit but we can beat them if we play to potential. But will we? Truth be told, Michael Duff and Robert Page have strangled the joy I've had in the two teams I support. I still support but with no expectations or sense of anticipation. I took pride in the the team under Martinez, Rodgers, Laudrup and even Potter but now all I do is hope.

We’re putting U21 and younger on the bench because we are crippled with injuries and suspensions. Anymore and we’ll get to the point of having to start those kids. It’s another season of playing to survive.

Just read an article that suggests we are looking to sign a free agent winger . 34 year old Yanic Bolasie ex Palace and Everton winger . He would add some pace and power to our front line . The signing would be a short time agreement.

I remember him being a pretty skilful player on his day, but looking at his numbers here I don't think he's played a full season in his entire career. Which means he could be injury prone or inconsistent. Definitely had a nasty ACL injury at Everton. No disrespect but I'd rather see Kristian Fletcher. The uptick in injuries since Duff came suggests his training is pushing the players too hard, and a young body like Fletcher seems a better bet to handle it.

He has trained with the team this week but no news as to whether he's signed a contract or not . I would not think he has been registered in time for today's game .
