Steve Penny has just gone on social media and stated that scfc have failed to pay the compensation awarded to him for unfair dismissal by the courts due payment date. He has been advised to go to county court to get the bailiffs in to force the board to pay up !

The antics of Jenkins and co have now reached an all time low , how much longer do we have to put up with these morally bankrupt Knut's dragging the name of our club through the dirt ?

Jenkins , Dineen, Morgan, Van swedehead , you will never be forgotten ,

That bastard Jenkins got off far to light in that hearing, a case of a chairman being sympathetic to a chairman. How the f##k can that tribunal chairman see the signing of minutes of a meeting that Jenkins supposedly chaired that never even existed be classed as an oversight. This is nothing short of a blatant attempt to deceive. Those signed minutes, if they exist must be on record, even if they don't exist then I think the police should be involved as Jenkins has been proven a liar at the hearing. IMO this was a move by Jenkins and the yanks to put on record a meeting existed saying that ALL directors including non shareholding ones were present, but they've been caught out and should be made to face the music,there must surely be a strong case for the Trust or someone to act.

The whole situation stinks. But Steve Penny is a lawyer and a damned good one as I am personally aware. So I have to think that if there is any legal recourse or action that he can take then he will do so.
