Explains why he keeps getting chances , if his team mates would kick him in training (like Tommy Smith did) he would not be so highly thought of. He has skill but a massive yellow streak down his back.

I'm not sure Ducks would have tolerated Tommy Smith! At least Tommy stayed on the legal side of GBH....... mostly.
