Wishul thinking? Being honest I'm guilty of that as well and I certainly want our strikers to score 100% of the time.
Radio summary had Brum the better, more deserving team. Criticisms include a drastic lack of pace about our play; no discernible pattern to what we were doing; lack of intensity; sloppy in possession and in general looking disjointed, disinterested and ill prepared for the contest.
Frankly I regard this as a damning indictment of Duff's efforts to date. If he thinks this is good enough, or even that we're on track, he'd better take a long, hard look at his methods and how they relate to the players in his squad. Wake up call to say the least!

Key had a strong second half, always willing and capable of taking on and beating the defender.

Yates finished a peach of a setup by Cullen .... who yet again demonstrates that he's better value on the field than on the bench. Otherwise saw nothing in Yates that would be worthy of a start over Cullen. We know Cullen can score at this level.
Fulton had a strong performance. Put Allen alongside him and we'll have one hell of a midfield.

At the end of the day, we beat ourselves with a gift opportunity, whereas We scored a lovely goal. Debatable over which team was better, but we stopped all of the opportunities they created.

Per Duff, the plan was to play ntcham all week, then on Friday night, the fucker decided he didn’t want to play. What a lovely job this is!

Not impressed tbh. I want to see much better than this and the radio comms said much the same, rating Brum as the better team. Some stats:
