Very!! Our passing in the last 30 minutes has been shit and it's Boro who've been calling the shots. Okay, we've been dealing with it but that's not the point. Midfield is chasing shadows and creating fcuk all. We need to show more irrespective of the result. Mind you, I'm delighted with the 3 points we've got right now, just not happy about the way we've performed for the past 30 minutes or more. Perhaps the subs will freshen things up as there are bound to be leggy players out there.

Too many sloppy passes. FFS they have to focus. Two more goals and we are in the play-off places.
This seemed so impossible before. Still 8 matches to go and they can't let up like this. They've shown us what they can do. The first half attack was brilliant.

Great three points; well done, lads. Have to make allowances for all the circumstances but it's puzzling that we looked Championship beaters in the first 30 minutes then distinctly average for the rest of the game, bar a couple of breakaways when we could have bettered our goal difference.

Let's remember that, prior to Covid, Boro were on a terrible run and dicing with relegation. Had we been playing a better team we could have been in deep trouble playing the way we did in the second half. To get in the playoffs we need to turn that first 30 minutes into 80 or better and not fall away as we did. Performance-wise it reminds me of so many games we played earlier in the season where we looked a million dollars to start with then fell off a cliff as the game went on.

Still, this is a great start and we need to build on it against Luton where another 3 points will put us firmly in the mix. The guys should take great confidence if that happens and really lift their spirits for the run in.

I watched the game, the second half was not as bad as you make it out to be , we have a 3 goal lead they put on 3 players with fresh legs two of whom have the best performance for borough. We defended everything with ease and never looked in danger first save by Freddy was in the 91st minute and that was going wide.
Yes we sat back but it was good sitting back , they kept their shape and soaked up the pressure. We could have easily scored on the break a few times. Excellent performance from all apart from routs and Byers who were rubbish.

That's the thing its puzzling. Ultimately this is a big first step. If they keep winning and keep their spirit high they have a chance. Millwall on the other hand have the easiest fixtures left and are getting off to a bad start.
