How many people predicted 4 in a row? I knew our squad was too good to keep losing but this is a great turn around. Duff needed some time to sort it out, lots of new players needed time to come together on the pitch. Rushworth has been excellent. I hope Fisher is improving on the bench, he doesn't have to have his confidence ruined starting in games. We could be fun to watch if this attacking play keeps improving.

This result will shut Mr Whitaker's trap well and truly. And I must admit Michael Duff has shut my trap as well with four wins on the bounce. I've been highly critical of him, justly so in my opinion, but I can only say a massive well done to him and the lads for this winning run they've put together.

Well we have a positive goal difference for once, tied for 5th at plus 4. Remarkable turn around but it shouldn't be that surprising. I said Duff would have until Plymouth to show he's fit to be the manager and he's done that. It would be hard to find a supporter with anything negative to say about him now. Just 3 points from the play off places. We get some rest before one of the tougher matches.

Good win today against a team who hit Norwich for 6 and put 3 on Blackburn. We are improving under Duff and long may that continue. Credit to him and the players for our resurgence. Some stats:

I'm still on the road driving through Germany right now, but I watched the highlights in the hotel last night. It looks like we are much fitter now than we were under our last three managers.

We are going to be a club clearly above the fray in this league. The questions to be answered are how good are we, how healthy can we stay, will the Club apply the funds in the next transfer window to bolster and improve where necessary. We could yet get automatic promotion. We’ve been scoring at a clip and conceding very few demonstrating our potential. We have done so despite losing a number of significant players to injury. We need to replace Ginnelly at the next window.
