Being reported that ex Swans'manager Guidolin is being tipped to replace ex Swans' manager Paul Clement at Reading. Don't wish Clement any ill but delighted if the lovely, modest, likeable Francisco gets a deserved good job in football. Good luck with all you do, Fran.

Should it happen, and I hope it does, then I would think it would mark the end of Clements managerial attempts at least in the top two UK divisions. I think he's proved the point that whoever your No2 to doesn't mean a thing, its No1 that carries the can every time.
