Could be a tough game this. The table says that we should beat them but Barnsley are a fast improving side and a difficult proposition when they find form. They play tidy football and could give us problems if we aren't up for it. I expect us to nick a win after a tough game but in all honesty, a draw might be a decent result.

Due to our late K.O. the Scum game is now available to watch, for once it would be nice to see them win, but expect their forum to say they're glad they lost rather than give us an advantage.

It's 3-5-2 with Fulton and Smith in a more atacking midfielder role so we have six men up when we attack.

Pitch is making it hard for us to play our game on the ground. They are having more success floating the ball into our box.

Don't know if it's that poxy anaemic kit we're wearing or if Barnsley have got more men on the pitch than us but we seem to be invisible as a team. Barnsley calling the shots and all we can do is react to what they're doing and it's not a good watch. Be nice if we could show more urgency and start looking as though we'd like to win this game - stringing some passes together would be a good start. We certainly need to show a lot more buzz if we hope to get something tonight. So far it's 4 out of 10 for me.

The pitch is awful, but we should be able to keep the ball on the ground. Too many sloppy passes, and Woodman's distribution has been terrible.
