Apologies for absence

Evening all - so sorry to have been conspicuous by my absence of late - we have been exceptionally busy at work, and have had a few (hundred) family issues which have taken up any of the little free time I have/had. I’m hoping things will calm down at some point but there’s no let up right now - have no fear I shall return to normal service at some point - but in the meantime I wish you all well and plenty of swans wins to keep our spirits up COYS!!!

Time for me to chip in. Apart from all the reasons @Ladygargar has stated, she and her company are heavily involved with the charity, "Don't Dance Alone". It was a huge success last year and looks like being even bigger this year. I attended one event with her at a local school a couple of weeks ago and she was interviewed on The Wave/Swansea Sound recently with whom she has a close affiliation as her company sponsors the campaign.

It is designed to raise awareness of the loneliness of old people in our society with particular emphasis on the over 75s and bridging the inter-generational gap between the young and old. It's a tremendous initiative and our LadyGG plays a hugely prominent part in the campaign. If you want to know more it's all there on the net and you will see that a number of local celebs are giving it their backing including actor Michael Sheen.
