Don't mind Andre going but will be upset if/when we lose Jordan. I appreciate we have to economise but some of these guys might well thrive under Pots and should find the Championship easier. We definitely won't be going straight back up if we lose too many players. If the Yanks haven't pillaged all the parachute money, that together with relegation clauses should see us just about cope financially.

Word out here is this is a done deal, I think he would fit in well with the Besiktas style of play, Like Ivor, I don't think he'd be as great a loss as his brother,Looking on the brighter side he ain't going to bite our arse by coming back and scoring against us for a Championship side us as is the norm.

The Turkish "Big Three" all seem to be vying for Ayew's signature with Besiktas the front runners on a loan deal. But now being reported that Newcastle are to join the bidding. Good news for us as competition raises the cash.

Meanwhile, Swans, along with Stoke and Derby, are all reported to be interested in taking Liverpool's Harry Wilson on loan.

As for Kyle Bartley, been reading that his fee could be as high as £7 million, which makes more sense than £4 million.

Finally, here's the surprise. It appears that Sam Clucas appeals to Sean Dyche at Burnley who value him at £12 million!!

All this is newspaper gossip of course but what do you posters feel about it all?

A lot over here were of the impression a loan deal had been reached by Besiktas, but obviously not.
Re. Clucas, would have thought trying him at this level until Jan. would have been the better option. I would doubt very much if the £12M would ever be put into the buying kitty,so in effect we would just be a player less,as with Gyllfi & Llorenti

Well I’m not worried where Andre goes or anyone else to be honest if theyre going just go and get the best deal for them. Clucas imho might yet have something to offer - I recall seeing him in a different light under CC who then lost his way with him - maybe 12 million would be an ok deal - if it materialised but like JF I still think he’s useful to us so we don’t need to sell cheap and desperate.
