Poor marking and a complete lack of professionalism from Connor Roberts! Sure, he was never going to out jump the bigger man but he just stood there rooted to the fucking spot. Lesson #1 for those defenders who don't know - if you can't win the ball you jump INTO the opponent to knock him off balance to stop him getting a clear header. Most times the ref will just regard this as a collision in competition for the ball. Even as far back as the World Cup many years ago when Gerd Muller got the winning goal against England from a headed cross, the pundits all said that the England defender who had been outjumped should have planted a back header right into the German's face and the cross would never have come in.
