Something along these lines. Abdulai is listed on the U21 squad page as a midfield player. Lissah is a defender. A lot of U21 on the bench. Webb and Hughes are keepers on the bench.

It looks like 4-2-3-1, with Grimes and Abdulai in the defensive midfield, Paterson on the left wing, Oli Cooper behind Yates, and Cullen on the right wing. But Abdulai can play as a centre-back as well, so 3-5-2, 5-3-2, 3-4-2-1 is possible.
