Here is the charge recording at Companies House: https://find-and-update.company-inf...ExNGFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0

The factor is MacQuarie Bank (Australian HQ). Spurs owes them £2.75 million in October 2022 and 2023 on our behalf; meaning the bank has already given the Club £5.5 million less factoring fees.

The transfer transaction date was 16 Oct 2020.

I don't understand why this is being executed now unless it is a refinance of an earlier factoring that occurred at the time of the transfer.

Rodon has a problem on his hands. As Wales’ #1 CB, he needs game time in preparation for the rest of the World Cup. He’s not getting it at Spurs, where they prefer Dier - FFS. James left to Leeds, solved his problem. Rodon needs to find game time one way or another.
