Handball rule changed by law makers

Accidental handball leading to a goal-scoring chance or goal for a team-mate will no longer be penalised say football's law makers.

The whole VAR issue needs looking at - particularly offside. Wenger has a decent solution with his 'daylight' suggestion but I would take one line and one line only and it would be the position of the feet. Precedent example is where a keeper grabs a ball that is outside the penalty area where a lot of his body is over the line. But so long as his FEET are inside the area then it's deemed no foul. Makes sense to me.
