Mick's stats are based on a small sample from two clubs where he played just 1407 minutes over two seasons. I actually like the defensive part of his game because I don't trust our centre-backs to defend set pieces. And imho, it's good to have a big, strong striker up front to score from crosses and set pieces. That doesn't necessarily mean we'll be playing hoofball next season. With his 0.9 key passes per game (which is better than Fulton, Ntcham, Paterson, Sorinola, Piroe, Oli Cooper and Obafemi last season) and his ability to dribble, he is more than just a stationary lump waiting for crosses.
