if you normalize the match to 50:50 possession, then they would have had roughly 18 shots to our 9, with 16 being on target to our 4, and Fisher being what he is, we would have been hammered. Martin’s Madness when normalized is really producing a grossly inferior outcome relative to the opposition.
practically speaking, Martin’s Madness uses possession as a band-aid to cover up ineptitude.
