Not much to say other than Woodgate's team have been struggling although they've had a mini-revival recently. This is a team that we should put to the sword at our best. But we'll probably struggle hopefully with a one goal win.

Cooper is trying to save his job now, Ayew chasing his own shot to get that penalty. I know he gets his criticism but he's a fighter. Never would have got that penalty if he wasn't chasing the ball. It's rare we get the first goal.

Out and about in the car and the radio commentary, including ex- Swan Ian Walsh, saying that Swans are slow, lethargic and second best to Boro who are playing as though they're the home side! Mentioned that Cooper was stood watching with his hands in his pockets!! There's more animation in a corpse than that one!! As soon as I got back home, Ayew wins and nets a 'harsh' penalty perhaps against the run of play. I'll take it. I'll take any luck coming our way because, boy, we need all we can get.

Not only has Ayew got more ability and class than anyone in the side, he shows more effort, fight and attitude as well. I know he has his bad points but the good far outweighs them. And he does set an example for the rest of them. Not that they're any too quick to follow it. And, as I type, comms saying we are far to quick to give the ball away. Cooper's coaching obviously paying dividends, NOT!!

How on earth are we only 3 points off third place? It's been a while since I looked at the table if I'm honest and with a manager with a bit more tactical nous we could have solidified ourselves in the top 6 by now.

Cabango putting himself about with considerable zeal say the comms and there's a lot of him to put about as well. Comms very impressed touting him as a star of the future. As I type Boro hit us on the break and comms saying that we gave the ball away cheaply with another mistake: that we haven't got to grips with the game and this was always likely to happen.

When Ayew got his second Ian Walsh asked the question: "Where would the Swans be without him this season?" And I agree with that.

In the replay, the boro player straight arm and drove his palm into Grimes head. Dirty bastard.
Was he provoked? Not that I give a toss mind :D. But it does remind me of when I knocked a referee cold in the dressing room after a game. I was banned sine die for that in the then London/Home Counties league. He had sent me off and when I went to shake hands after the game, just to show willing you know, the arsehole called me a fucking Welsh bastard!! Provocation I call that.
