I thought it wouldn't be long before he had a thread, so here goes.
Firstly, why was he allowed to go to the States to negotiate single handedly, if anyone should have accompanied him it should have been a major shareholder -ie the Trust board member. I would assume any trans-Atlantic conversations that went on were by telephone,to eliminate any records, or are there company e/mails regarding the sale ??.
Can't you just imagine the greed at a meeting in the States when they say "Sign that Huw and we'll make you a millionaire, then sign this and we'll make you a multi millionaire. All this being cut and dried before any announcement regarding the sale of the club.
He has been proven to be a liar by that Cardiff tribunal, but that chairman saw fit to call it an oversight by Jenkins, the fact that he knowingly signed and approved the minutes of a non existent meeting. I'm pretty sure the Police Fraud Squad wouldn't see it in quite the same light. Why the Trust hasn't follow this up puzzles me.
One would imagine that even since the takeover the £M's he's cost the club (and the yanks) through inadequate dealings and signings he would have been dismissed.
My take on this is that there were transactions made, shall we say not strictly legal. So in effect they have a gun to each others head,if things came out in the open they could lose the club and Jenkins his £m's. So IMO between them they will continue to bleed the club to death,I feel when there's nothing left the yanks will pull out, and then and only then is when Jenkins will leave. I just hope I'm wrong.
