Looks like a 7 figure deal has been done to sign Brazilian winger Ronald Martin .
Agreement has been reached on transfer fee and player salary , he is due to have a medical this weekend.
His highlights look impressive, he can score with both feet, has pace , skill and aggression,
I'll give a thumbs up to this one , at 22 his best is yet to come , he belongs to a Brazilian team but has been on loan for 2 seasons to a Portuguese team .

Give him a bit more time. Despite his experience here under Martin, after his time at Notts County I think he's had a bit of a culture shock on his return. Let's not forget the damage Duff caused the squad by taking them into a style of football that was completely alien to them. It takes years to create a footballing DNA and just months to destroy it as Duff proved so effectively.

That said, Williams also has to get his act together and learn from our and his own mistakes; there's been plenty of them. And there's plenty of us too who'll all be watching very carefully to see the progress he's making. I still think it was a HUGE mistake to ignore young Tosh again. He knows us.

Since Patrick Bamford came back from injury Piroe has been benched and used as a sub.

We have signed three (pacey?) wingers in this transfer window, which is a step in the right direction. In addition to pace up front, we also require pace in the centre-back positions if Williams intends to play a back three. The most logical option would be a back four with Tymon and Key at full-back and two of Cabango, Darling and Wood at centre-back. In my opinion, Humphreys should be benched.

It would not be wise to bench Tymon and Key and play the new wingers as fullbacks in a three-at-the-back formation. However, it is possible that Williams will deploy the new wingers as wide double tens behind the striker instead of Paterson and Cullen .
