Why us ... Sat, Tues, Fri ... seems too much too soon. We are the walking cripples this afternoon. Routs and Dyer still carrying niggles from the Millwall match. VdH is also trying to tough it out from Tuesday but uncertain.

Not an easy game this, and given our home form .... what form ... we're on a hiding to nothing. If there's a way to lose at home, we find. It's too early to say that we're on Shit Streak #2, but applying the hindsight of #1, if it looks like a duck etc, then we're in danger of slip, sliding into another.

I'm confident in Cabango. What an old head on young shoulders. Byers and others need to take to notice.

Fulton did exactly what I, @CroJack et al expected on Tuesday ... neat, tidy, worked hard, finished a cracking goal. He is definitely on my team sheet every match ... a solid dependable individual capable of producing a moment of class. I'd start Peterson again ... wait a minute, do we have a choice. Also I have to say Surridge is looking stronger with every appearance.

Fulham are the best passing side in the Championship. On Friday you will see that you can be a young and inexperienced manager and play a passing brand of football. They will outpass us at our home turf and it will be embarassing to watch. Saying all that, the fact that Fulham play passing football and are not thugs might be our chance. #freejohn #benchbidwell

What goes around comes around. If they did give us a lesson in passing then it would be fair return for the magic display we put on at the Cottage under Rogers .... Leon, Joe, Sig ran the show that day.

It’s decrepit, I’m too depressed to post.

Grimes was knackered after 30 minutes either that or he’s running like he’s carrying a load in his shorts

I'm lost for words!! We've played well, matched them, had some good chances, far more shots on goal and we're fcuking LOSING! And by 2 at that!! Quite what Peterson thought he was doing with that crap pass is beyond me. Fulham are definitely a good side but no way should they be in front here. As for that commentator who reckoned that Mitrovic committed a foul but nothing else, is he blind, stupid or both? It was clearly a swinging arm if not a nasty elbow and a red card all day long in my book. As the ball is coming down you can see Mitrovic sensing and measuring his man behind him and let him have it. Seen it, done it and had it done to me countless times.

This is a decent performance thus far and we don't deserve to be behind. I just hope that the lads will keep playing and not drop their heads. We probably can't win from here but if we get the next goal, it's up for grabs. Some of our passing is still sloppy and Fulham are a more athletic side than we are but we can still do it. Btw, think Ayew is having a great game and I'd like to see some others match his work rate.

There's no justice in football - we are playing well and getting in lots of shots and they are not playing as well and getting only the occasional shot in and we're down 2-0! What is it about the Liberty that steals all our luck and gives it to the other side.

Started out well I listened to the first half on the radio, with those early chances I thought we would get the first goal. But then Mitrovic happened. He's unstoppable. Let's get something come on.

Seems like Cooper is going to be gone before the January transfer window if he doesnt start getting results. Wow is that McKay he's still on the roster.

Why take Fulton off? Anyway we deserve a draw but here's my gripe. Why does it take a good team to show up for us to play well? Where is the consistency? We only really play well when another team does the same and it's killing us. Cooper needs to sort it out but I doubt he will; he's still unsure as to what will work for us, especially at home.

We've played well and if we played like this second half consistently we'd be in a good place right now, as it stands we're dropping hard - where we belong to be honest.

Totally pissed off by this. Not by the performance because we played well and no way deserved to lose tonight. Thanks a bunch, Mr Peterson, whoever produced your Youtube clips should be prosecuted under the Trades Description Act as should Mr Mckay who claims to be a professional footballer. I'm sure his namesake in Porridge would have been a better footballer. Perhaps that should be his nickname from now on until such time as he's drummed on his arse out of the club.

Remember Mitrovic and his elbow? When Wilmot came into the back of him second half, he won a free kick and that same commentator praised him saying he knew EXACTLY what he was doing. Aye, the same way he knew EXACTLY what he was doing in the same situation when he used his elbow/arm. Pathetic commentary, just like when someone drops a player and the commentator bleats that it couldn't be a foul because 'he was looking at the ball the whole time'. Really??? Come to mine sometime, you commentators, and even now I'll show you how to flatten someone without ever taking my eye off the ball. And I'm only average at doing it!

As for Fulham, whilst they were damned lucky to win this, I have to say that I admire them as a team and the good football they play. In no way are they cloggers but they mirror the way that their manager Scott Parker used to play. They are strong, physical, fast and showed athleticism that our lot can only dream about. We had little time on the ball and Fulham were always in there competing, spoiling, winning the ball and then running at us with pace and power. A very good footballing side.

If I thought that we'd continue in this vein, I'd be encouraged by our showing tonight but I'm afraid to say that this was a bright period amidst the utter dross we've been playing. And I still maintain that a good experienced manager would get far more out of this squad than Steve Cooper is.
