Did they Bottle It?

It was , and the trust have totally failed the mandate we gave them and worse went behind our backs to sign a legally binding agreement without member consultation.
A motion of no confidence in the trust board must surely come at tonight's virtual meeting, or will they just ignore the keyboard warriors and put their heads in the sand and pretend everything is hunky dory ?
They are asking for questions in advance so they can pick and choose which ones they have a prepared answer for . At the AGM their response to questions showed they only had a sketchy , limited knowledge of the long term and immediate effects of the agreement.
Pathetic back stabbing wankers , just as bad as the original sellouts in my book .

Perhaps we can sue the members of the trust board for going behind our backs in the matter of suing the former directors for going behind our backs?

I keep coming back to the fact that the risks and pitfalls of litigation were known to the Trust and their legal advisers from the onset. So, I want to know what has transpired between then and now for the Trust to abandon their position. I want to know who has been promised what to get them to drop the case. In any event I think that, because the Trust has completely failed to carry out the mandate that they had been given by the membership, a vote of No Confidence should be proposed against the Board. Naturally I would back such a vote.

The secrecy and stealth of the Trust in reaching this agreement is distasteful if not downright suspicious to say the least. I don't visit other Swans' forums but I know that some on here do. It seems that feelings are running as high on those as they do here. Therefore, can I put forward a suggestion that someone posts a message on the other forums to suggest that we all get together to form a united front against the Board of the Trust? If we don't get together our various responses will be fragmented and will likely come to nothing. It is said that there is strength in numbers and I strongly believe that this will apply here. The Trust will be far more likely to take notice if a bloc of several hundred like-minded people demand answers.

Please post your thoughts here on what I've just proposed.

All those years there was no approach to the Trust by present nor former directors.
The moment the Trust announces they have the resources to proceed to court a ?reconciliation? appears.

If anyone is prepared to post on the other forums in an attempt to get us to unite in this matter please PM me so we can agree on the format and wording of the post. On the other hand, should anyone wish to just do it to progress things, please do so.

For some reason I wasn't able to log in. Might be because I sent them a stinking email the day before saying they might well face a vote of No Confidence following their actions.
