Williams busy in midfield for Palace. Couple of seasons ago both he and George Williams then of Fulham were being tentatively linked with us. Pity James wasted that chance but he's been lively. Overall, we seem to be holding our own and this could go either way. BUT, Palace seem to be physically stronger and might go the distance better.

I liked what I saw in the first half. Our kids are good players and are playing well against very strong Palarse.

I thought it was a solid half for us. Harries, Dhanda, and Baker-Rich played well for themselves. James was doing everything and nothing at the same time, great movement and runs and then horrid end product. We can sneak out of Liberty with a 1-0 win here!

Other than the last 15 mins I think we were controlling the game, once again it's nice to see these youngsters playing their football on the floor, also pressing quite well. Irrespective of the outcome,for a team that's been thrown together they've shown a lot of promise in this half.

I liked that Baker-Rich had the ball on the wing and actually looked up to see that nobody was in the box and aimed his cross at the top of the 18. That’s the footballing IQ we need more of at times. The cross left a lot to be desired but the thought counts!
