In many ways Coventry are a team similar to Huddersfield. So far, Coventry have had 5,2 expected goals for, and 8,1 expected goals against. On average they create 1 expected goals per game, and concede 1,62. If you give them time and space they'll create chances, and score. On the other side, they have an awful defence.

What is their style of play like? They press high, they use quick transitions when they recover the ball (they have some quick players up front), and they are dangerous from set pieces.

Have to say that, despite our loss on Saturday, I'm quite confident that we'll get back on track tonight. We will strengthen our defence with the experienced Bennett and if our attackers click then we should be too strong for Coventry. I expect at least a draw but we should be winning games against such opposition if we are to launch a credible attempt at promotion. Hopefully 2-1 to us.

Everyone is fcuking awful, as is the game. Coventry getting us to play how they want us to. Our passing is atrocious, ball possession non-existent and creativity absolute ZILCH!! We're playing like a team of strangers, like a side in the bottom six rather than the top six. Cooper had better sort it at half time because what we are watching is abysmal from our point of view. Coventry will be quite happy playing a team that doesn't seem to give a toss.

Up to the goal we've regained possession MANY times and drawn 4-5 Cov players into our half but haven't once had the vision to get it behind them and use the advantage. It's been defeatist back passing.
