Not a happy bunny here but good news is I go into Sancta Maria on 30th march for a TURPS operation to reduce my prostate and open up my urethra so I can pass urine again without the bloody catheter I've had for the last 7 months .
The NHS waiting list is at least another 6 months so my principles have gone out the window and I'm going private.

Missed this one, I don't know if we should be happy with a point. I hope Patos injury is not serious. Same shots on target but Birmingham with a lot more shots than us. Fisher with 4 saves, didn't see the quality of them though.

The scum will stuff us out of sight if we play like this at Legoland

Martin has 2 weeks to put things right , give him 2 years and he still won't be good enough .
That's my fear, but I think everyone in the dressing room knows the importance of that match.

They might know it but can any of them be bothered to do anything about it? We have too many players happy enough to just go through the motions and pick up a pay cheque for minimal effort. They are barely good enough for the Championship let alone the Premier League so, if by some miracle we get promoted, they know they'll be out on their arse. No incentive to try and it looks exactly that way when they play.

Good luck with that, seems like they have good reviews.

I still have hope that next year this squad with a few additions can be a top Championship side. Motivation is a problem. That largely rests on Martin's shoulders.

I opined earlier in the year that Martin’s mission at that point was not to get relegated. He’s trying hard to flirt with it.

we are playing like our position in the table suggests we should play. Void of imagination, bereft of ideas, slow to the point of laziness, minimal movement.

The number of times the color guy on the video stream commented that there was no movement by those ahead of the ball cannot be accurately counted.

The complete setup is a problem.

1. Let's start with that stupid backward passing in our own third when under pressure. That's nothing else but pretentiousness. We normally don't gain anything by doing that, and we risk everything. How many goals have we conceded either by giving the ball away or by getting dispossessed in our own third? Many.

2. It's painful to watch our slow centre-backs playing as full-backs. Too wide, and too high. They are an easy prey for the opposition wingers. A change of formation is needed.

3. Our attacking midfielders play too wide. Ntcham has scored 0 goals in his last 17 appearances, and Paterson has scored 1 goal in his last nine. Wolf has scored 0 goals since he joined the Swans, and had only one assist. When you add Korey Smiths's record of 0 goals in 30 appearances then you get the picture. I don't blame them because it's not their fault. There is a reason why they scored 1 goal among them since November.

4. Because our attacking midfielders play too wide they are almost never in a position to feed Obafemi and Piroe with through balls. Also Piroe is forced to play more deep than he should be playing.

5. We don't cross and shoot enough. Crosses don't need to be 100% accurate. That's not the point. The point with frequent crossing is that it creates chaos in the opposition box and it creates rebounds as well. Rebounds close to the opposition goal are as valuable as key passes.

6. We rarely press in the opposition third.

7. We are too slow in everything we do, so the opposition have enough time to regroup and organise defensively, which makes it extremely difficult to penetrate defences.

8. We don't run enough.

9. There isn't any wildness and passion in what we are doing.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Too many things are not right, and the most important thing is that we are not improving.
