Defenders fcuking about again and losing the ball in a dangerous position when they had all the time in the world to play it out without risk. Mr Martin, if you haven't noticed we're OVERPLAYING IN THE WRONG AREAS!!!!!! Get a fcuking grip for pity's sake.

Piroe. along with several others, accelerates like a milk float towing a steamroller. And when he breaks into a 'sprint' you'd swear he's runninng through a peat bog or a foot of water. Pathetic for professional footballers.

It was coming and we asked for it. We don't deserve to win this because we've been terrible.

Looking at the replay we have some strange marking assignments on corners, size and height wise. Mismatches abound

Should have gotten the penalty but he didn't want to give it that late in front of the Birmingham supporters. Shouldn't have given up the 2nd goal.

Clear as day shove to the back! I think Woolmer knew it too. Much like our playing, there's no consistency. He would have called that same play against us or if it was in Swansea we might have been given it. Doesn't make up for the performance, World Cup break can't come soon enough.

Not for a single second did I get excited about this game and not for a single second did I think we would win it. I totally expected Brum to level it if not win it because if truth be told we are a crap team labouring, imo, under a crap manager. I can see why Curt, idol though he is of mine, never made a good manager. He's forever making excuses eg tonight it was a scrappy game and he praises players for doing what would be routine stuff in the LOW for fuck's sake!

I'm sick and tired of writing about the same deficencies game after game after game. Yet we never get any better and keep making the same mistakes. Martin is stealing a living right now because he's doing NOTHING about them. This team possesses NO pace; NO physicality; NO defensive organisation; very little creativity, average fitness and zilch attitude.

I can see why MKD had a bounce when he left them and it was a BIG bounce. The new guy took the best of his groundwork then added what Martin couldn't and that's what's happening with us. He can take us so far but those little but important extras that are needed to turn us into a consistently good team are nowhere to be seen. Neither will they be as long as he remains our manager. He's decent enough but short-sighted and limited.

We need better to go up a level and I think the players know it.

We have no idea what to do in the final 3rd. No one wants to take on a play with some skill moves or nutmeg. They're crossing it into the box and missing the target or crossing for the sake of crossing and not even picking a man out. A lot of goals come from deflected shots or saves. We could use that Ayew level talent up front. They should be focusing on that in training.

Try this for a tactic. Get the ball in the box as often as possible; leave Cullen in there as much as possible and watch the man regarded as Swan's most natural goal scorer do his work. But he's not even been selected on the bench by Martin, which only shows how much he knows, or doesn't know, about strikers. I was doubted about my opinion of Llorente when he came to us but once he settled in, I was proved right. Cullen firstly needs to be selected then given time to settle in and we'd reap the rewards.

Martin reckons we were great but I and others on here beg to differ. For starters how come Brum outshot us 15-8 with only 37% possession? Shows that we were faffing about doing fcuk all with the ball when we had it whilst they were trying, far better than us, to get shots on goal which, the last time I heard, is the object of the game. Mr Martin, when will you realise that goals win matches NOT sodding pointless possession? Some stats:

POSSESSION: 37-63 SHOTS: 15-8 OT: 3-4 CORNERS: 12-1 FOULS: 12-12 GOALS: 2-2

Note the remarkable corner count. It suggests to me that Brum made far better use of their limited possession than we did ours. They applied far more pressure to us whilst our lot were waving their backsides and kidding themselves, and Martin, that their sideways and backward passing was good football. Bollocks!! And I'd tell Martin that to his face and dare him to persuade me otherwise.
