Seems that Poz has done quite nicely for himself since leaving us. He's now at Inter Miami and earning about 4 million bucks a year - not a fortune by Premier League standards but enough to get by on for sure. Good luck to him; he's a player I always rated who didn't have the time to realise his potential with us. I believe that he couldn't stand Garry Monk so he's a member of a large club.
