My point is that we can't blame Steve Cooper for everything. We need a more balanced criticism. Have you forgotten how many times you criticised the owners for the lack of investment? Have you forgotten how many times you criticised Lowe, Woodman, Hourihane and other players?

I want Cooper out because when he took over he promised to bring the Swanselona style of play back to the Liberty. Two years later and we are a mid-table club when it comes to possession and passing accuracy.

I want Cooper out because we don't play attacking football and we don't dominate opposition. We play like cowards. A calculated, defensive football.

I want Cooper out because our pressing sucks big time.

Possession, passing accuracy, attacking football, and pressing is something every football manager should know how to implement. Cooper either doesn't want to implement it or he doesn't know how to implement it. If it's former then he is a coward, and if it's latter then he is clueless. Either way, he has to go.

sure we can. If you do a trace analysis it always comes back to him.

We haven’t had any really bad referee decisions against us. We sorted out the field. The weather has been the same as It always is. Bar one, all the players have done their best given their ability level, the training they’ve received and the roles they’ve been asked to play.

No @Yankee_Jack , we can't blame him for the lack of investment in the squad, and we can't blame him for Morgan Gibbs-White, Cullen, Morris, and other players' injuries.

Have they? What about Woodman's howlers and awful distribution, Dhanda not being able to hit the target, Bidwell's inability to use his right foot etc. Please, don't make me analyse our players' ability levels, it won't be a good read.

The squad was plenty good enough. it was not best used.

Woody played to his ability level. Benda was better but not played. Dhanda was rarely played (especially after Invisbible arrived) then expected to work a miracle in a tight situation. Dhanda attempted something, perhaps Cullen should have screamed to leave it and didn’t. As for Bidwell, another that played rather well to his ability level. Taylor could only ever stand on his right foot, and that was suspect. Then there are plenty of right footed players that can’t use their left foot ... Routs for example.

Bidwell and Roberts had league leading assist numbers and were scoring goals when used properly.

The only player we had that only sporadically delivered to expectation was Invisible. Bennett ... not a big fan ... but did what he knew how to do well. Lowe ... another player that has limitations but delivered well within them.

A hammer may be a great hammer, but if used to hit a screw .... the result is suboptimal. If you have a squad that screams 3+2, it delivers the best GA in the league by a mile, and the best GD per game, and then you decide to use it in 4+? because an Invisible person arrives and you’re dazzled by the bull shit, and in the process fuck up a gift of a squad, system, and league position .... there’s only one person to blame.

The job of a coach is not to win anything, but to get the best possible output from the resources given. Success follows from that. I return to Sousa as the best example of how to deliver with no #9 and a top scorer in Pratley with 7 or 8. Missed playoffs on goal difference ironically, but squeezed every ounce of juice possible out of the fruit he was given. The biggest complaint everybody had was that, compared to Martínez, the football lacked entertainment .... no shit, the squad he inherited had been raped of 3 players and 40 goals. Andy Pandy was messing up, the Swans’ color commentators could see it, we could see it, just the blind man playing pocket hockey couldn’t see it.
