Apart from the clueless owners and lack of money, we have everything in place now to be a successful club.
A couple of years ago when I criticised Jenkins I pointed out that there was no sustainability in Jenkins running the show. Especially because he was incompetent at every level.
I argued that we needed clearly separated leading roles withing the club, we needed specialists, people with know-how. Jenkins used to interfere in everything which, of course, ended in him interfering with everybody. He was a disruptive element and thanks god he is gone.

- a chairman who runs the club on a daily basis and takes care of the club's finances,
- a head of recruitment who, together with the club's analysts, takes care of the scouting,
- a head coach who runs the show on the pitch,
- Curt and Leon in advisory role who take care of the club's playing style legacy.
