Russell Martin has confirmed Alan Tate will take up a new role at Swansea City.

Moved out of the way, he is now doing stuff with loanees and scouting and stuff.

If I recall, Curt was given a gig similar to this when they moved him out of coaching.

Great attitude and endeavour as a player but he is NOT an authority on the type of game that Martin wants us to play. At least he still has a job with the club whilst the likes of Rangel do not.
