Do you not see a link there, or a reason why the game play is as it is.? If the finger cannot be pointed at Cooper, then who else ?
Birch, Britton & Curtis, should hold themselves responsible to a point, but it now seems they've seen the error of their ways.
Cooper can't be blamed for having the spiel to talk his way into the job, But a more sensible thing would have been to have a short term contract to prove himself.
Lets look at his credentials, played Welsh League as a defender, never managed in any professional league. Got the job with England Youth. a job where you have already got the best youth , trained professionally by Premiership clubs at your disposal.
I stand by my criticism of him, wrong man for the job from day one..

No point in re-hashing all this, only to say that Cooper is our manager and he has managed us into the play-offs with bits and bobs of a team, we may well be at Wembley for the final, we had a pretty good showing and passing game today against the second best team in the Championship and we only lost because we are still missing a striker (that Cooper has been asking for since before the season started, so don't tell me THAT was his fault!). Maybe he himself is the fly in the ointment regarding a striker, If you were a millionaire would you trust him to spend £ M's of your money in the transfer market, a market which is totally alien to him he wasn't buying and selling schoolboys in his previous job. if he had any say in the selling side then we've sold quite a few well below their value.

Probably not. In the world of football, too often, people stop thinking and do the dumbest shit when agents or their own sense of grandiosity lead them astray.

The only thing to save this otherwise public relations nightmare is if the agent also represents another manager and it's that guy who is being touted to Palace.

FA Cup final was chosen as a pilot-project. That's why there were more fans allowed to attend the game.
