Did we ever really believe Fulham or Palace would be stupid enough to employ him ?
We hoped it could happen, but deep down we knew it was never to be. we're stuck with him.
A big thanks to Birch, and the other three that appointed him. I've never heard any of them voice any opinion of him since.

The positive side of Fulham / Palace is that, hopefully, it has delayed his agent engaging with the Club on a new contract. And, perhaps this has given the Club something to think about, if they haven't already, exactly what his value is, and exactly what he has underachieved with the resources at his disposal.

If Tate is being seriously considered then myself and several others on this forum might as well throw our hats in the ring! @CroJack would be a decent call. He's continental with a love of proper football and a very decent tactician as he's often shown on here. What you reckon, CJ? :)

The Swans don't need a genious :ROFLMAO: , just a manager who can copy & paste what the proper managers like Pep, Klopp, Bielsa etc. do.

- When in possession pass the ball quickly and accuratelly
- When out of possession try to recover the ball as quickly as possible
- Run forward with the ball into the empty spaces at every opportunity
- Never sign players who lack pace
- Run more than opposition
- Move into empty spaces to receive the ball
- Be brave and commit players up front

Easy, isn't it? :)

Also, give me Dhanda, or any other player, and I will teach him how to hit the target 27 out of 28 times. I am not joking. It took me three sessions with my own son, who is a professional handball player, to improve dramatically his shooting accuracy.

are we gonna stick with him no matter what happens in the play offs? I hope so he's pulled off a miracle with the budget he's had since he's been here
Anyone who has followed and supported the Swans for over 8 years would, I would think wholeheartedly disagree with that.
When that little 4 man syndicate of Monk, Tate, Williams and even Briton , went to Jenkins complaining of Laudrups training tactics of a man who has worked with the best trainers in world football. But the compliant really was that he brought in players superior to them in their positions. Probably a big regret of Jenkins's now was listening to them. He needed an excuse to sack him ,it came along as the reason laudrup was going to visit his daughter in Paris, Paris FFS, not Melbourne Australia.
What puzzles me are Jenkins's almost last words before leaving, "I didn't want to sack Michael "I wish he had or would expand on that. Was this maybe then a chance for the new owners the yanks to get rid of him , as ultimately he was going to stretch their finances. Just a thought.

I believe he is telling the truth. I think it was Morgan and other members of the old board who decided to sack Laudrup. Morgan was the majority owner and the most influential one. But again, you guys know better.
