Heartbreaking to read that another of the Jack Army passed away yesterday. It was all the more poignant because the lad was just 26 years old, far too young to be taken. Bit close to home for me because he'd gone in for heart valve replacement, which is a routine procedure these days. But obviously something drastic has gone wrong and Mitchell has had his life drastically cut short. RIP, mate, may you look down and see your Swans win promotion this season and sincere condolences to your family and friends.

My grandfather died the same way, he was 95 though. A routine vavle (may have been a stent can't remember now) operation but he was on blood thinners at the time which unusual to hear they would perform a surgery when he was taking that. Completely healthy bill for 95 none of unexpected him to die then.

It's even sadder to hear this young man was engaged to be married and had a child. There's a Just Giving for his fiance and daughter. I'm glad Cooper dedicated the match to them.
