Painful as it is, I guess we need somewhere to voice our opinions about the PL. Watched Man Utd v Foxes tonight and thought Leicester played well. They looked a decent outfit and played some good football. Thought United just about deserved it but I reckon Foxes will have a good season if they keep up this standard.

I don’t think United is strong enough to challenge for the top spot. They remind me a little of the way we were the last 2 years with a hodgepodge of players that don’t really fit together that well. I agree Leicester showed well and should be a mid table fixture. I’m a little mad at Vardy for that late tally, I had it 2-0 United in our prediction game.

See Fab made an unauspicious start for West Ham. Made a couple of decent saves, flapped like a windmill with one attempted catch and conceded four goals. Is this the start of yet another Swansea 'curse' I wonder? Hope not for his sake but I doubt he's worried. He's earning the big money he wanted.

And he was their best player :eek:.

To be fair to Fabianski, he certainly won't be the only goalkeeper to concede 4 goals at Anfield this season. Liverpool could've scored 7-8 today.

I think MP and his new management team were aghast - there were a few camera shots of them at the conceded goals doing double arms wide measurement gestures as if to say ‘you were four foot out Fabs’ to be fair to him though one swallow does not a summer make - one player alone (Fabs) can’t defend where everyone else has given up the ghost - as has been said the reds could’ve done much more damage with a lesser keeper so it’s not a fair reflection of our former saviour - btw it hurt to hear the commentators mention him the first few times - such a loss to us - every day there’s fresh reminders of how badly we’ve been let down, but at least there’s hope after two respectable wins in the bag....
