The shorts are fine and add a balance to the shirt design, the away kit is the worst I have ever seen, awful colour and looks as if a knife has been used to stab the player in the stomach.
If the goal of changing shirt designs and colors is to promote sales of merchandise, then I don’t see how the away kit is going to sell at all ... you’d have to be blind, bizarrely color blind, or have zero fashion sense to buy never mind wear such a hideous garment.
look at videos from last season’s away fans and count the incidence of each away shirt from the the previous few seasons that are being worn. Or, simpler still, the club can look at it’s own sales per sku and determine the fashion bias of supporters willing to part with silly money for a shirt. unless Joma has total control over what they dump on the club, then nobody in our commercial department has any sense of fashion or marketing or merchandising. And if Joma are in control, then they’re taking the piss.
