Morgan Whittaker Signing

One swallow doesn't make a Spring. Had Morris's stumble / push been given a penalty, I wouldn't have been smitten. Same with Lowe. He's had a burst of scoring but he needs to keep it going. I still think Cullen is the better option to Lowe. And based on what I've seen of Whittaker, a short exhibition, but an exhibition of a few key things ... height / ability to win the ball in the air, work and vision to get himself into the right position in the box, composure and touch to finish. Whittaker is still a kid but not the least bit daunted. Whittaker is match ready.

If as manager I need all hands on deck in the final track to promotion, and I have to focus on which resources are going to be able to contribute the most, my money is on Whittaker. I can see him starting before Lowe sooner or later.

Just checked online and Morgan is 6ft and a half inch tall. Not a giant by some standards but certainly no midget. Seems that Jordan Morris is the exact same height - 1.83m.

I think this is a case of horses for courses. Whittaker looks the more finesse player good for games where he won't be shoved around too much and we're looking for intricate triangles around the edge of the box. Morris looks good for running off the shoulder of defenders when we're playing the Watford's and other thugs in the league who try to intimidate our strikers.

Agreed. We should be glad that we can choose between 4 totally different attackers. Actually 6 if we add Cullen and Arriola to the equation.
