Farke is going to take his contract payout in cash, take a nice holiday while his agent calls around the clubs that have just fired their managers, and will fail to get into the playoffs, and will fail to get out of the payoffs. And then, he's going to get hired and rinse and repeat.

I just hope that our Club stick with the horse that's running our race and winning the form race.

Consequently, his current bosses feel that, although he is superb at getting teams out of the Championship, he's pants at stopping them returning there. In other words, he's a highly capable Championship manager but something of a dud at the higher level.
His board ought to back him properly. Frankly, it’s them who are the duds at that level, not Farke. Leeds had Bielsa and still went down. The Premier League’s ridiculously competitive nowadays, with top-class managers and players in sixteen of the twenty clubs. Newly promoted sides like Leeds and Burnley will be straight back down unless their boards splash out around £200 million each on the squad this summer. And the big question is will that be enough. Just see how Man United ans Spurs struggle this season and both have good managers - their recruitment has been poor in recen years.
