Yankee, I've only just opened the communication from the Trust, which I received this morning. It is a lengthy and exhaustive document outlining some history, our present situation and the pros and cons of taking legal action or not. I cannot reproduce it all here but they say you can email them for more information at info@swanstrust.co.uk. It seems that they favour taking legal action as the owners point blank have refused mediation and the Trust's position might be compromised if they delay any longer.

Finances come into play in a big way but the lawyers seem to think we have a strong case, details of which, of course, were not revealed. Various methods of funding the action were mentioned with the possibility of a contingency deal if other means prove too expensive. The voting paper has two options: Option 1 - pursue legal action. Option 2: no change. I voted for #1 and votes have to be registered by July 27 2019.

Links to secure sites where you can vote for the board member and for/against the legal action.

Here are all e-mails I've recieved from the Trust and only one was in my Inbox, all others were in Spam.

I thought my membership was still in compliance but not received anything.
Then like me you're not a member.

Looking back in my emails: the membership renewal site was down for a while this time last year for updates. I received reminders last October and November but failed to renew. That was the last I heard from them.
