Ian Walsh says we are passing the ball for passing's sake and not making enough progress or moving it quickly enough. He reckons that we should be losing the game because Barnsley have had three excellent chances. Given that we still have an outside chance of top six, admittedly VERY outside, you'd think we'd show some urgency. Seems to me that we have a lot of players who know they're not good enough to play Premier League and think they might be playing themselves out of a job - hence why bust a gut? They're happy drawing a wage where they are.

Lack of movement - robotic - end of season performance is how it's being described. Exactly what I feared in my OP. Seems the crowd groaned when Pato played the ball back instead of forward. As I write, we equalise and Walsh says about time too as we'd been playing with no spark at all.
