Just WTF is happening to our Social Services and Police Force.

No sooner has the sad headlines of Arthur Labinjo gone off the media when another takes over.
A 16 month old little girl Star Hobson has died, the partner and mother found guilty ,
The partner Savannah Brockhill found guilty of murder, the mother Frankie Smith guilty of assault and allowing the death of the child.
THIS IS THE RUNDOWN OF COMPLAINTS TO SOCIAL SERVICES & POLICE BY FAMILY MEMBERS.
The eventual cause of death was recorded as brutal abdominal injuries either by severe force of kicking or punching or stamping which caused her death in a matter of minutes.
The first referral to S/S was made by a once friend of the mother. S/S and Police visited and concluded no case to answer to.
January 2020 When friends and family started showing concern.
From January to September numerous multiple complaints were made to the same conclusion. Stars grandmother made a complaint, but it was dismissed as a malicious referral by both S/S and police. That referral was enough for Stars mother to convince the S/S and Police that they were just malicious rumours which resulted in closing any further complaints.
S/S arranged a doctors visit and he observed bruising but accepted the mothers excuse that she fell against the coffee table..
Another horse and stable door scenario by S/S and Police where two young innocent live could have been saved. Police Chief of the Yorkshire area said he paid tribute to his investigation team with the evidence they have produced. What investigation and evidence? there was only one conclusion after the pathologists report.

Our police force is lazy and corrupt; the S/S is mainly lazy but I understand from speaking to LadyGG, who had 20 years in hospital S/S, that often they are unable to do anything because of legal and constitutional red tape, which is too convoluted for me to explain even the little I know about it. Much of it is to do with who does what under different circumstances: basically jurisdiction.

Whatever, I will say this. Should it EVER come to my attention that a local child, or an animal come to that, is being ill-treated or abused then, if the police, S/S refused to take action after I reported it, I would pay the offenders a visit to sort it myself; mob-handed if necessary.

I will add that it is an absolute national disgrace that things like this are allowed to happen in a so-called civilised society.

Jail is too good for the bastards, they need to be permanently removed from society. At their age they are more than likely to come out of prison. Given a false name and secret address. Unfortunately that's the way we treat murderers.
In the USA its in a cage on death row, knowing sooner or later the electric chair is your fate.

Execution would be too good for them. Too fast and a quick release. They should live the rest of their wretched lives behind bars without privileges of any kind. They would live in daily fear of the other inmates who would take every opportunity to make their every moment a living Hell.

I think I should now add the Judicial System along with the Social Services & police in my initial post.
Baby Star's mother who witnessed the beatings which eventually killed her 16 month old daughter which were being administered by her lesbian partner got just a sentence of 8 years. The actual murderer, her partner 25 years.
The Judge went on to say that the numerous complaints to Social Services & Police were never thoroughly investigated.
Also now examining the childs body, there is evidence of previous quite serious injuries.
I hope Social Services and the Police realise that if they were a little more diligent in there enquiries, instead of accepting the mothers explanation for the childs injuries, they may well have saved a childs life.

As I've said, in my opinion the police are lazy corrupt bastards. What was it the Met Chief Constable said (might have been Sir Robert Mark) when he was first appointed? "I shall not rest until I know there are more villains outside the Force than in it." Food for thought is that! He was speaking about corruption in the Met!! Maybe the police were devoting most of their attention to their money making scams.

For me Social Services are more at fault. They have specifically trained employees for cases like this, Apart from the fact that family members, friends, all gave fair warning of the abuse, also the extensive bruising down the left hand side of the face ,evidence of being persistently smacked hard across the face. the huge majority of people being right handed would result in smacking the childs left hand side of the face. But NO, much easier for them to accept the mothers story that she fell against the coffee table, resulting in bruising from the top of her head down to her chin. Police also every much to blame, Again probably too much paperwork involved for the individual.

But they won't because the Establishment will close ranks to protect themselves, their jobs and their index-linked pensions. It is a national disgrace but sod all will be done about it. We live in a sick world and, for those that believe, their so-called omnipotent God has an awful lot to answer for.

It's incredible just how much evidence the Police managed to gather after the childs death ,The majority of it was staring them in the face when she was alive., but like the S/S took the easy way out and believed the mother.
The West Yorkshire police chief said he was extremely proud of the evidence his investigation team had uncovered. ( It was probably staring them in the face when the child was alive.) He went on to say " I would also like to add If Star hadn't been treated like she was by her mother and her partner then she would still be alive today" How long did it take the thick cnut to work that one out.
