I see his name frequently in talks with Swans for £1-£2 million. That's quite a figure for our owners but 2 goals in 18 appearances last season on loan with Sparta Rotterdam. 17 goals in 64 appearances with PSV for the 3 prior seasons. At least we're signing strikers. If we can hold onto Roberts and Cabango we should have an average squad at least.

His strike rate is hardly impressive though; certainly not good enough to replace Cullen in my opinion. In comparison I have read that Cardiff are now favourites to sign Gareth Bale.

As I have previously posted PSV have said this is a done deal . Expect it to be announced when his current contract ends on July 1ST .

I did see that. They favor young players they can get cheaply. At least we're signing attacking players.

Piroe passed his medical with the Swans today. He will be officially announced when his visa permit is sorted .

Back in 2016 the question being asked about Piroe was that; would he be the next Lewandowski?! Then he was being touted as the next Van Nistelrooy. Must have impressed quite a few as a youngster to be afforded those kind of accolades. Let's hope he's a late developer!! :)

And what was said about Beattie at that tender age .... then he became a sick note.

One Renato Sanchez certainly pulled his weight at the Euros, so there’s always hope.

Too soon to say really but he looked tidy enough during his cameo against Plymouth. He'll need games to develop but he's a striker so I'm hoping that he won't be robbing Cullen of his chance to develop. Piroe played as a #10 when he came on - not his best position but who knows, he might grow into it.
