Agreed. Manchester United play better football now than under Mourinho. Period. And insisting on youth, instead of mercenaries, is the right way to go.Sacking Ole at this point is ridiculous. He has a team that lacks worker bees in midfield ... no Scholes, no Butt, no Styles ... the work engine greats of United teams of the past. Somebody in that squad needs to step up and assume leadership by example roles. Somebody needs to get it done. James a Prem league rookie is one of their top scorers ... from the wing FFS.
If you replace Ole then another candidate for disaster is appointed. Another big tranche of cash will be needed ... every manager has their vision, has their player selections, those need to be acquired another season will be wasted. Who is going to step into this mess?
@CroJack ... is it your opinion that with Pogba United fields a team of X + 1, when they should be fielding a team of XI.Agreed. Manchester United play better football now than under Mourinho. Period. And insisting on youth, instead of mercenaries, is the right way to go.
It's a fact that Man United create a lot of chances and have one of the best defences in the PL. What they need is a clinical striker, a right winger, and a couple of midfielders who can run, create and score. Ole's biggest mistake is that he didn't get rid of Pogba last summer.
Yes. He is an excellent player, no doubt about it, but his mind is somewhere else, and he is wasted in DM and CM role. I see Pogba as ATM. He is creative and he can score goals.@CroJack ... is it your opinion that with Pogba United fields a team of X + 1, when they should be fielding a team of XI.
