Seems like we are attempting to lure an attacking midfielder from Brentford for a season long loan . He has 1st team experience and was on loan at Portsmouth last season , Peart- Haris ( name might be spelt wrong ) but will give us options as he can play through the middle or out wide and will provide competition for Eom and Cooper .

Didn't know where else to put this ... McBurnie is now playing for Las Palmas in LaLiga. Opportunity gone for us there. We ended up with Yates, Myk, Zan none of whom look like they can do the job.

Indeed. Something is happening behind the scenes. Ronald and Eom looked good when they arrived, but now they look like Sunday league players. What's happened to them? What's happened is that they've been exposed to very limited coaches who don't have a clue how to keep them at their level let alone improve them. We need to purge the entire management/coaching set-up and bring in people who know what they're doing. In academic terms, a good teacher will bring out the potential and the best from their pupils. The same can be said of football coaches and is true in any walk of life. Michael Laudrup was so under-rated in this respect and I've actually heard people criticise his methods - usually people who know fuck all about football.
